Wisal Call Terms of Use

1. Acceptable use

It is strictly forbidden — in calls, chats, rooms, stories and the directory — to post or send:

• Abuse, harassment, threats, bullying or hate speech.
• Sexual or pornographic content, or any content exploiting children.
• Violence, incitement, or promotion of terrorism.
• Fraud, spam or impersonation.
• Any illegal activity.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

2. Reporting and blocking

You can block and report any user or message in the app (🚩). We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend offending accounts, possibly including the linked email and all its accounts. To review reports and keep users safe, we may access chat-room content stored on our servers (room messages and files during their retention period); we cannot access one-to-one chats, which never pass through our servers.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your code, recovery key and verified email. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.

4. Plans and subscriptions (Plus ⭐ and VIP 👑)

Some features are for subscribers. Subscriptions are monthly, 3-monthly or yearly, are charged to your Apple or Google account, and renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. When a subscription ends, its features stop and followers are frozen until you renew. Subscribers keep their price as long as they renew without interruption. Activation codes work on one account and are not redeemable for cash.

4.1 Followers and likes

Anyone can follow Plus and VIP accounts and like stories. Account owners see their follower count and its breakdown by gender and country; VIP members also see follower names and who liked or viewed their stories. You can unfollow anytime; blocking or deleting an account removes follows.

4.2 Advertising stories

If you post a story for a commercial or promotional purpose (promoting a product, service or business, paid or unpaid), you must turn on “📢 Advertising story” so it is labelled “Ad”. You alone are responsible for your ad's content and for obtaining any licences and approvals required in your country (such as the Mowthoq licence in Saudi Arabia). Wisal Call may remove any non-compliant or undisclosed ad and suspend repeat offenders, and any user can report non-compliant ads.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. User-generated content is the responsibility of its authors. We may update these terms or suspend any account that violates them.
